Important Information
All maintenance requests are required to be submitted through our residential portal. In a collective effort to keep each other safe and protected, we ask that you please advise your Property Manager if you have been given instructions to self-quarantine, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19.
After regular business hours, Lexington Park provides a very efficient emergency response system in order to respond to appropriate emergencies, which are situations that can cause damage to property.

Regarding rent, Lexington Park has implemented an online channel via its website through which payments can be made by credit or debit card. We also have a preauthorized debit agreement available to our residents to set up automatic monthly withdrawals, which can be requested through your Property Manager.
